Here's something you don't see every day. Roughly five months ago Bank of America tried to foreclose on a home of a couple, who didn't owe anything on their house. The case went to court and after looking at the proof that they've paid for their house in cash the judge ordered the bank to pay for the couple's legal fees.
"They've ignored our calls, ignored our letters, legally this is the next step to get my clients compensated, " attorney Todd Allen said.
Sheriff's deputies, movers, and the couple's attorney went to the bank and foreclosed on it. The attorney gave instructions to to remove desks, computers, copiers, filing cabinets and any cash in the teller's drawers.
Finally, after being locked out of the bank for an hour the bank manager handed the attorney a cheque for the legal fees.
