Remote desktop services will stop working because this computer is past its grace period and has not contact at least a valid windows server 2019 license
Go to:
Computer Configuration → Administrative Templates → Windows Components → Remote Desktop Services → Remote Desktop Session Host → Licensing
Use the specified Remote Desktop license servers → Enabled → enter the name or IP of your license server
Set the Remote Desktop licensing mode → Enabled → choose Per User or Per Device, based on your CALs
